Hi Christo,I am curious where you did get the numbers from, especially the following:What is the chance for someone to get ALS starting with only fasics : less than 10%I have looked everywhere but could not find reliable numbers. I know that about 10% of ALS victims did notice twitching as a first symptom. But from there you can't calculate the probability of getting ALS if you twitch. The probability of getting ALS in case of twitching isP(ALS if you are twitching) = P(ALS and twitching)/P(twitching) = (P(ALS and twitching)/P(ALS))*(P(ALS)/P(twitching)) = 0.1 * P(ALS)/P(twitching)What I do not find is P(twitching) - at least not for bodywide twitching that definitely is not normal.Kind RegardsSteffen
