Worries and Yoga for BFS

Hi all,I am about 7 months in to my BFS journey (clean EMG 2.5 months in, excellent neuro exams) and the twitching has subsided some, but I always seem to find something else to worry me. I have been a runner for quite some time and am decent running shape right now- training for a half marathon in early May, running 20+ miles a week at an 8:00 minute mile pace. Today, I tried yoga to help with some hip/hamstring tightness I have been experiencing and found myself shaking like a leaf. The trembling persisted a few minutes after holding a pose and even in the car on the way home. Anyone else ever experienced this phenomenon? I have tried yoga couple of times in the past and don't remember the shaking (although, I wasn't focused on neuro nasties at the time, so it certainly could have occured without my recollection).
 
Yes for me. Boat pose is the worst, my abs shake like crazy. Planks too. I don't remember having this pre-bfs, but I can't say I was paying attention either.
 
Yes for me too. I'm new to yoga the past 4 months and have experienced the shaking during and after. It has gotten better but I do suffer from bad foot cramps both during and after. Good luck in the half marathon.
