Twitching Feet: Is It Felt or Seen?

My feet have never been a major twitching point for me, however, this morning, I noticed that my left foot has little microscopic twitches going off every second near the top of my foot. For those of you who twitch a lot in your feet, do you feel most of the twitches or just see them? It almost looks like my tendons are moving...strange.

I'm starting to get sick of my own posts. It seems I "suffer" every symptom that everyone brings up. Nonetheless, I have had this top of the foot/tendon twitch. I think it is always there, but I just don't notice it often anymore. This one was present for me just before I had my normal EMG, so it is no longer a concern. Nothing to worry about. :)

The first twitch I ever perceived was one I felt and saw on the arch of my foot. I have since had them that I see and feel and the top too. One time it even moved my toe. Most recently, I have them on the bottom of my feet. I have looked to see them but did not see anything. The sensation though is clearly a twitching muscle so why even look. I know what it is. By the way, every symptom I ever get is bilateral so I can never even think to blame it on an injury.

The soles of my feet are one of my daily twitching spots. It's gotten to where I hardly notice them anymore. The feel like popcorn bursts, or little fishies nipping at the bottoms of my feet. Kinda tickly, LOL. I'm like Twin. I always seem to have every symptom, and then some!I've twitched in every anatomical region...even the unmentionable ones. Hell, I've even felt twitches inside my nostrils. Blessings, Sue

I have foot twitches that are invisible and some I can see...very normal. I used to get the lightening bolt feeling down one side of my face. Weird - but haven't had it in a year.
