Twitching Below Left Elbow

For the last seven weeks I've had this twitch just below the outside of my left elbow that for the most part I can only feel if I put my hand on it. For about the first three weeks it was pretty rapid fasciculations that would go almost constantly and gradually it slowed down. Now I would say (except for a flair up a few nights in a row last week where I could feel them without touching the area) they are only present about 3 out of 10 times I check. What has me worried is that if I tense the muscle or exercise (push ups, tricep extensions) it goes crazy for about 15 to 25 seconds. At this point it seems (almost) to only be present as a reaction to exercise. Also the fasciculations seem milder. A month ago after doing pushups I could clearly see it in the mirror going crazy, now I may see 2 or 3 twitches but I feel a lot more smaller ones and to see them I have to rotate my arm and look at the muscle and they're barely visible. I should also say that so far the muscle is the same size as the one on the other arm and through strength tests I've been doing I've added reps over the time, so there doesn't seem to be atrophy or weakness. I should also say that I've had random twitches all over my body for about five years that I never thought much of and which greatly increased do to the stress googling for my elbow. Is this normal for a hotspot? Does the intensity decrease like that? Can anyone else trigger hotspots by exerting the muscle?

I have had similar experience with my deltoid muscle and tip of tongue. They were rapid constant lasted 3 weeks each then never cane back. I can't think of why how it stopped lol. It's crazy. You should feel better that the twitches is slowly fading away without any loss of muscle or weakness cos with the other one the twitches stop only when muscle has completely died. So if it is slowly stopping and you have no loss of strength then I can say you are dealing with nerve hyper excitability. To give you a simple example after one year of twitching every time I get nervous excites anxious very happy i get plenty of twitches and feeling of jelly leg. In my case I m relating bfs to my hyper nerve and the adrenaline rush through my system. My bfs started after serious of panic attack that lasted 6 month full attack that mimic heart attack. Al if this *beep* happened after panic attacks. I believe that my body has gone through slot of stress that the amount of adrenaline cortisol went crazy Now every time I go through stress anxiety or even excitement I'm sense of being very happy I start shake twitch and get jelly legs. I wonder if anyone has the same thing.

Well I guess I gotta comment on this one. I've had the same muscle twitch, and it twitched for a long time. Whenever I would use that muscle it would send it to a fury. It feels like a pulse in your elbow. Mine was about 4 months ago, lasted about a month. It goes away eventually, and it does not leave a trail of disaster, I promise
