Right Toe Twitching Uncontrollably

Well, my toes on my right foot are out of control! The middle toe will move side to side for seconds at a time. In addition, the toe next to it and the pinky toe are also moving outwards...like they are spreading out. I just sit there and watch them move and spread on their own, with no visible twitch causing it.I am really freaking out over this new symptom, please share any similar experience if you have one. Thanks,Jay

This was one of my favorite symptoms, it always felt so funny. Haven't had it for awhile. Yes, normal, and yes, other people here have had it too. I remember posting about it awhile back and a few folks chimed in and said they'd had it happen before. Mine went away after a few weeks or something.

Hi,This is one of my constant symptoms. I cant see the twitches that make the toes move neither but I am sure it's a twitch. My left pinky is moving by itself 24/7 and is the one that makes me wonder if this whole BFS thing is new to me or not.I can clearly remember that it moves by itself for many years, at least 3 or mabye 5 years. Do you also have lots of twitches in the arch ? My foot is sometimes a real twitch storm !

Last night this happened to me for the first time! I sat down on the couch propped my feet up on the coffee table and next thing I know my pinky toe was moving from side to side almost as if someone was pulling it in and outward motion! It lasted quite sometime! I tell you what it totally scared me! I hate this stuff, it's really disrupting my life, I'm terrified all the time!

Still your wry self I see.. You're right, one day I know I will be ok with my symptoms, it's just taking time because I do have high anxiety. Thanks again J

If this could reassure you, I have these fine twitches on my feet for at least 5 months and my feet are still 100% functionnal. Also you may have them for a long time, you just didnt notice until now...
