Random Twitches Everywhere - No Order

I was just curious to know how many of you didnt persay have exactly a "hotspot" but just roving random twitches that pop up here there everywhere with no order. My jaw/masseter area has been the closest thing to a hot spot for a few days but right now its not happening. My twitches are sooo unpredictable. I cant tell you where and when a next one will occur. I'll do this though- Starting right now at 2:56 I will count and name the locations I twitch- just to get a idea..I'd be interested in feedback- Those who WORRY if this MATTERS.. NO I am just curious to see on a scale 1-10 where I range.right under right breast ( one twitch)right side calve (one twitch)ok well that was un eventful..lol I had two single fires in 1 minute. I assure thats more than a average person.Lovely

At my best I can count about 10 twitches in one minute - like you, I can not predict where. I ask my doctor to watch and by the time he does it's gone. I get hot spots too when one muscle will twitch for ages. I also get continuous ones which feel like vibrating, especially when I'm in bed. With this many people suffering from this, why on earth can't they make us better?

Hi Dee Dee - I really appreciate all your posts and read everyone. To respond to this post, I get both hot spots and the one-off twitches. I get them worse in the middle of the night and when I wake up in the morning, I assume that's when I'm most relaxed. I can't count to ten without a twitch -- and I usually only get to the count of three. The single twitches move all around my body -- with the most common places being lips, back of neck, lower back, arm, tongue, and now chest. Does that sound familiar to you. I do see my tongue twitch, but only the one-off type. It all scares me.

My calf twitches sometimes feel like popcorn...and the amount they are pocorning today, there will be enough to feed everyone on this site....popcorn anyone?? Chris
