My reflexes were brisk, yes. Anxiety makes them even moreso.

My legs used to feel hyperreflexive, bouncy-like when I was in the thick of my symptoms.

My neuros were never concerned about it, and it seems lots of us here have brisk reflexes.

It is quite normal in the 20's to 40's age range.

No worries...

Joanna, I also have brisk reflexes. It was the only thing that showed
on my exam. My doctor said them alone mean nothing lots of people
have brisk reflexes he said it can happen with anxiety or it could just be that way. Dont let that bother you. Cheer up and smile :) forget about that.

Mine were brisk down the left side and my hot spots are on the right!!!!

I was absolutely terrified when the exan was done. Just the sight of the tendon hammer was enough to make mine fire!!!! Ps neuro exams work best when people are relaxed. As a med student we wre taught little tricks to help people ane distract them at the time of testing. Reflexes are really difficult to repeat with eth same result as well. Sticky to a good neuro and believe them.
