Left-Hand Twitching: Experiences?

Hi,whenever I grab things with my left hand or move the left thumb it causes the thenar eminence to twitch for a minute or so. Who else experiences hot spots like this (especially in the hands)? Thanx for replies(twitching for more than two years, all over in any way )

thats pretty common, it had that issue last week, I even had it during my EMG and I asked the Nuero to put the needle there because it was scaring me how much it twitched and to my surprise nothing even showed on the EMG. It just another muscle and so another spot for hot spots.

HiYes it happens and it's not just big twitching I can see under the skin worm like. Almost like bubbling effect for a while. If I clench my fist tight and open my middle finger goes toAnd fro.

That is my major problem, the twitch in that area of my hand is so pronounced that it jerks my thumb. This occurs 24/7 for over 1 year now. My other fingers of that hand are dancing all of the time. From time to time it really works on me. Chin up.
