Left Butt Cheek Twitching/Tenderness

I have recently been getting a lot of twitches in my left butt cheek(sorry dont know what its called medically). The upshot of this is tenderness in that area and hamstring to the point it can be uncomfortable to sit on and i find that i have to massage the area.Eight months in and 1 clean EMG in June and i can still walk on toes and heels although my left knee also feels strange but if i need to run then i can do so without a problem.Seems like i am having a lot of sensory issues and still getting jerks and sharp pain like someone has just stuck me with a dart.Guess i'm looking for a bit of reassurance if people can let me know if they have had the same or similar. Thanks to the people who post on here regularly as you have been a life saver!!!!!!

You are far from alone with your sensory symptoms and your butt twitching  I'm not laughing at you, I just think the butt twitches are kinda funny. Thats sort of how I learned to deal with the twitching, I either laugh about them or ignore them. I do realize that there are some who get certain twitches that are hard to ignore, especially ones in the face, those are hard to ignore. The sensory symptoms, well... anyone who read any of my earlier posts would know for sure, that I found no humor whatsoever in my sensory symptoms, they freaked me out big time. But once my worry and stress about them came down, they calmed down to a manageable level, in which I could find coping mechanisms until they had ran there course. I still have some of them on occasions, but on a much lower level of intensity. Which provides me the hope that all this may one day just be a memory.Take careRobynn :D)
