Help with PMs on Site

Okay, I'm not usually this technically challenged, but I need to ask if there is a "how to" section of the site. I can't seem to get a PM to send. Could someone steer me in the right direction????ThanksCindy

Hello, you can see the FAQ section in the upper right-hand corner.Also, please keep in mind that messages will remain in the Outbox until opened by the reciepient.
