Help! Hand/Finger Twitching

hi. to add to my list of symptoms, yesterday and today i have experienced hand/finger twitching right after i used them-- the first episode was leaning on my right hand-- now today, i was picking up a vaccuum and it did the same thing-- it was like the whole hand twitched-- it didnt really cramp, just twitch. once again, i seek help. i am so sorry ....

hi,not uncommon among many here to have this. no more sinister than any twitch. remember don't get caught up stressing about twitches [8 years of constant widespread twitching for me]. sharon

I find that after using my hands for hard jobs, mine will not necessarily twitch, but I will get finger movement and a tremor to all of my joints in my hand. Also I find that after using any muscle for an extended period of time I will get violent twitches and muscle jerks, I believe this is just exhausted muscles misfiring.

HiWhile in the neurolgist's office getting his assessment, my thumb started to twitch rapidly. I tried to show it to him but he was not interested. My thumb continued to twitch for the remainder of that day. I also find that while driving as a passenger with my teenage daughter, I get many leg twitches. I feel my leg tense because I want to brake and she is not braking and then when I relax my leg it will start twitching.I do a lot of heavy lifting at work and I think maybe sometimes I might have overdone and lifted something too heavy and the twitching begins later when I relax.Sandra
