Good Night: BFS and Hand Fasciculations

good nightI am having small sporadic fasciculations both hands, but one has persisted several days in the left hand, the muscle of the little finger reaching move this today spasms this weaker, but it looks like it is vibrating in the muscle all the time, saw some site als that can get in the hands,but I have no weakness or atrophy, bfs can cause this symptom, I know I'm being annoying to be asking questions, but I live in Brazil, and emg government and well-consuming.attolimpio

Olympio,bfs usually causes hotspots (prolonged twitches in one place, migrating over the body), and as you may know, als seldom starts with twitches, especially in young people. Symptomes you describe are common for BFS, not ALS
