So a couple weeks/month go by an you kinda forget about in and...BAM all the fears start back up. This one is a little weird ...Just wondering if anybody else gets this weird shaking in there fingers or something. If cross my hands and pick up my left index finger and hold it up it starts to shak uncontrolably!!! It will do it when I put my hand out over a desk and move my index finder...it starts to go haywire!!! Anybody else have this???

Yes, I have this and lots others do too. Chrissi has some impressive videos of her finger shaking, which mimics mine quite well. No worries. 
always good to hear somebody say they have something similar!!! I can post a video as i have seen the one your talking about and mine isa little different...its just one finger on my left hand primarly...if my hand is on my desk just sitting there and i pick up the index finger a little it goes everywhere it looks like the muscle between my finger and thumb is going crazy!! needless to say my PD fears have returned for like the 7th time this year

I would bet that it is what is known (in neurological terms) as a "postural" or "essential" tremor. I have this in both hands. It is much more pronounced in my left hand. I've had more than one neurologist tell me that it is harmless. An essential tremor is often listed as one of the symptoms of BFS. I noticed mine months before I noticed any muscle twitching. Probably just another part of the whole BFS package.Cheers!John
