Exploring Strange Toe Movements

Hi There,Still a newbie here. I'm experiencing what looks/feels like minor movements in my toes on my left foot. Not full blow rise up and down bangers, just a small movement almost not visible unless you really look, but I can certainly feel it. I also have them all over my body but they feel somewhat different in my left foot. Anyone experience that? Like almost a small muscle contraction to move a toe? I know it's hard to explain, any help would be wonderful as I find myself freaking out most days. And it typically only happens when I am sitting in a chair. Not standing or laying down, mostly when I'm sitting in my chair at my computer, and it happens usually every couple of minutes. Thanks guys.

Hi.Yes. The outer toes on my left foot "seized up" and "burn". I also noted, when it first began, that my little toe would move. I also had myoclonus (involuntary jumping when at rest). However, much of this has subsided. I was fasciculating all over, but much of this has subsided. I take 1 mg of Ativan per day. This helps a great deal with all of the symptoms.Have you been to a doctor?Z

My left big toe wiggles around on its own, only bothersome when I am barefoot and sitting down. My right toe is calm as a cucumber

my hotspot are the arches of my feet and my toes, non stop for 11 months, the toes curl towards the arches when I am sitting or laying , the big toe goes by its own, they are always moving.
