Ear Twitching: Any Relief?

Hi, posted the same question yesterday. I experience it from time to time. They go and come, go and come. This is bfs :) Megan has the same experience.

They come and go and are extremely annoying at times. As for my calves, they don't twitch so much as they used to, but I still twitch everywhere everyday with the occasional hotspots (my tongue is a hot spot at the moment, but hotspots tend to migrate you know...).Look, I know that these are annoying, but just try to ignore them. A twitch is a twitch - nothing more.

Same here. Even twitches INSIDE my eye.. its like one of those crazy TILT functions when you are editing a home-made video. I usually have it during night shifts after working *cough* very hard *cough* and after drinking 6 coffee.

Mine was likeFLUHTR FLUTR FLUTR TERP THERPNow we can do like a "Car Talk' show and compare - instead of 'Click and Clack' diagnosing car problems we'll be "Buzz and Thump' diagnosing common bcfs symptoms... you think NPR will be interested? (For those outside of the US it's a radio show where people call in and often make the noises their autos make to try to get these two guys to tell them what's wrong with their cars - on NPR - National Public Radio). No really, first few times I got these I was convinced I had a bug in my ear. Very deep breaths and releasing the tension in the shoulders, stretching out the back of the neck, massaging at the base of the skull and - they will go away. No biggy.
