Biceps Twitching - New Issue

Lately I have been waken up by biceps twitching which has never happened earlier. Does it happen to anyone? Also when using my arms, I often get biceps/tricpes twitches. New stuff after 5 years is something I really do not want to..

They don't wake me up usually but right when I wake up I feel them. I have awoke to some of them & I find that very annoying. It's like, can't I just ever rest!! My co-worker said her boyfriend told her she has twitches when she goes to sleep... He said he can feel them & she said she gets them when she sleeps which I thought was odd..

I've had my twitches wake me up plenty of times. The first few months I was sure I didn't twitch at night, but then I started having huge thumping twitches in my thighs and forearms that would wake me up out of a deep sleep. I don't have it happen often anymore, but you certainly aren't alone in this experience.Frances

I am almost at the 10 month mark. What I mainly wake up with is violent shaking - particularly in my left hand. I wake up because it is just shaking like an alien has jumped inside it and started moving it all around. I really don't like that and it is freaky. I have it most nights and multiple times a night. I rarely get a good night's sleep anymore. Last week I started getting very large twitching movements from the inside of elbow down to my wrist - that whole muscle area moves. Watching it is bizarre. While I won't say it is 24/7, it goes almost all the time and yes - it wakes me up. I absolutely hate it. If not for hearing that many of the rest of you have had this, I would be a total nut case and would probably end up that crazy relative people keep hidden in the attic.

Everytime I start to doze off and enter the first phase of sleep, I wake up because my jaw snaps shut and I bite my tongue. I'm not kidding, this has happened every night for almost 5 straight months!
